Dan Roberts is a cognitive therapist with a private practice in Highgate, North London. He provides cognitive therapy to people with a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship and parenting difficulties, anger management, addiction and eating disorders.

Before specialising in the cognitive approach Dan completed a three-year counselling diploma at thePsychosynthesis Trust, followed by a one-year Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy & Counselling at Regent’s College.

Dan later trained as a cognitive therapist with a two-year Master Practitioner Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the Skills Development Service.
