Saidat is a psychosexual and relationship psychotherapist, COSRT Registered, who works with individuals and couples from all cultural backgrounds to resolve sexual and relationship issues after successfully completing The London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, in 2014.
In addition to his therapeutic experience, he is a BACP accredited Integrative psychotherapist, qualified clinical supervisor, an Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner, and an addictions specialist. He is a registered member of The Association for The Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC)..
Saidat’s approach to psychotherapy has been influenced by his own eventful and often challenging life experiences, which gives him deeper empathy and insight into people’ problems, past and present, and a greater understanding of why particular behaviours are adopted and used as coping mechanisms.
